Supporting and Developing KIDS IN SPORTS!!!

The Fifth Element, Inc. is a nonprofit that was created to foster national or international amateur sports competition through the development, education, and encouragement of k5-12 grade (6-18 yrs of age) in sports using
– information sessions
– camps
– clinics
– regular scheduled activities
– competition

Sponsor an athlete – annual fees ($25) or consider full competition and transportation support ($350)

The areas of development will begin with an emphasis on FUN, express a lifestyle of fitness, nutrition, and strength & conditioning at the same time discovering their full potential in multisport through goal setting, planning, and a commitment to excellence.

Triathlon Programing
Training sessions will be age-appropriate for youth (7-12yrs) and juniors (13-17yrs). Youth & Juniors will have the option to train for several local ‘kids’ triathlons. Training sessions will range from 45-90 minutes. Meeting locations will vary according to the discipline. All training sessions will be led by a USAT Certified Youth & Juniors Coach. Parents are strongly encouraged to assist in some capacity during each session and possibly at competitions (Jan.- Aug.)

Mountain Biking 
Training sessions are geared toward juniors (13-17yrs) and last 90 minutes. All sessions start at Riverside University High School, led by a NICA Certified Coach. Parents who have experience and all those who are interested in assisting the team are welcome!!! (Jun.- Oct)

Summer Sessions begin in mid-June to mid-Aug

Training at various locations
Time: 4:00 – 5:30 pm,
Must be a member of NICA/Wisconsin League
Racing is OPTIONAL
Team Camping and pre-race trail riding are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED
