Practice Philosophy:
I believe that the integration of medicine, nutrition, physical activity, and massage therapy are the basis of patient well-being. Each discipline plays an active role in the prevention and stability of the mind, body, and spirit of an individual. My goal is to assist clients with creating a personal well-being plan so that they can reach their potential. I strive to create an environment that is professional, educational, and healing.

Clinical Interest:
Coaching beginner and top age group runners and triathletes, provide a safe, affordable, and fun environment for youth and junior multisport athletes (see the Fifth Element, Inc.), assisting with natural health and holistic nutrition plans, take an integrative Massage Therapy and Therapeutic Bodywork approach to sports therapy, behavior and mental health, and oncology and neurology. Specialized techniques include Cranial Sacral, Precision Neuromuscular Therapy, Lymphatic Massage, and Cancer, AIDS, and Post Mastectomy.
